Productivity and competitiveness
The Institute of Macroeconomic Analysis and Development took on the role of a national productivity board. Analyses of productivity and competitiveness have been part of IMAD’s regular publications for many years and from 2019 they are also published in a separate publication (annual productivity report). In addition to a detailed overview of the trends, we analyse the factors and conditions for higher productivity and competitiveness, such as investment, innovation, digital transformation and knowledge, social and institutional capital, and the low-carbon circular economy.
