The public information catalogue was prepared in accordance with the Decree on the provision and re-use of public information (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia Nos 24/16 and 146/22). It is available in several formats (on the website of the Institute of Macroeconomic Analysis and Development of the Republic of Slovenia and in printed form). The electronic version also contains links to websites and documents hosted outside the IMAD website. An internet connection is therefore required to access all the catalogue's features.

Brief description of the institution's area of responsibility

The Institute performs the following tasks:
- monitors and analyses current economic, social and environmental developments;
- monitors and analyses progress towards the country's development objectives and prepares the annual development report;
- prepares macroeconomic forecasts and other analytical material that serves as the basis for budget planning and the formulation of economic policy measures;
- analyses productivity and competitiveness in its capacity as the National Productivity Board;
- conducts research.

Pursuant to the Public Information Access Act, information that has not been published on the IMAD website may be requested following the procedure laid down in the Act.
- Research conducted for IMAD's own purposes.
- International conference materials.
- Public calls and announcements.

3. Access to other public information

The procedure for accessing public information is governed by the Public Information Access Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 51/06 – official consolidated text, 117/06 – ZDavP-2, 23/14, 50/14, 19/15 – Constitutional Court Decision, 102/15, 7/18 and 141/22)

Public information is available:
- on the IMAD website;
- upon submission of an oral or written request.
